Select and pre-chill a highball glass.

Prepare a garnish by cutting a fresh pineapple wedge.

Shake the overproof white rum, Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry, falernum liqueur, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut with ice until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled highball glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with the pineapple wedge on the rim of the glass.
