Throw the Havana Club Añejo 7 Años Cuban Rum, rouge light quinquina, Grand Marnier, and Strucchi Red Bitter into a mixing vessel with ice.

Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.

Garnish with the skewered cherry.
