Spiced Passion

Use these specified component styles: Passion fruit flavoured vodka.

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a garnish from half a passion fruit.

Shake the passion fruit-flavored vodka, freshly squeezed lime juice, chili liqueur, ginger liqueur, cinnamon syrup, egg white (or Vegg White or Fee Foam), and saline solution with ice. Strain the mixture back into the shaker.

Dry shake the mixture without ice to emulsify.

Fine strain the cocktail into the chilled coupe glass.

Garnish by floating the half passion fruit on the surface.
