Combine the Hayman's Sloe Gin liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice, freshly squeezed orange juice, powdered sugar, and egg white in a shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously and strain the mixture back into the shaker.
Dry shake the ingredients, this time without ice, to further emulsify the egg white.
Strain the mixture into a chilled highball glass.
Top with Thomas Henry Soda Water to finish.
