Chill a highball glass in preparation for serving.

Garnish with a slice of apple and a bouquet of mint sprigs.

Combine the mint leaves, Havana Club Original Añejo 3 Años Cuban rum, Passoã passion fruit liqueur, freshly squeezed lime juice, cloudy apple juice or cider, and sweetened cranberry juice in a shaker with ice.

Shake vigorously until well chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled highball glass filled with crushed ice.
