Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe to enhance the drinking experience.

Prepare a grapefruit zest twist to use as a garnish.

Stir the Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal, Savoia Americano Rosso, Giffard Pamplemousse liqueur, sweetened cranberry juice, honey syrup, and Difford's Margarita Bitters with ice until well chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the prepared chilled coupe glass.

Express the grapefruit zest twist over the cocktail to release its essential oils, then place it as a garnish on the rim of the glass.
