Port of Havana

Chill a martini glass to prepare it for the cocktail.

Add the white port, freshly squeezed lime juice, and vanilla syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Introduce a dash of Angostura bitters and a dash of grapefruit bitters to the mix.

Shake the contents vigorously until well-chilled.

Double strain the mixture into the pre-chilled martini glass.

Garnish with a slice of lime to finish.
