Espresso Margarita

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Moisten the rim of the glass with lime or orange juice and dip it into salt to create a salted rim.

Prepare a garnish of an orange zest twist and three coffee beans.

Shake the reposado tequila, freshly brewed espresso, freshly squeezed lime juice, agave syrup, and a few drops of saline solution with ice until well chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.

Express the orange zest twist over the cocktail to release its oils, then discard the twist.

Garnish the cocktail by floating three coffee beans in a petal formation on the foamy head.
