Elder Sour

Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned Glass.

Prepare a garnish by skewering a lemon slice wheel and a Luxardo Maraschino Cherry to create a sail.

Shake the elderflower liqueur, freshly squeezed lime juice, egg white or Fee Foam, and optional orange bitters with ice, then strain back into the shaker.

Dry shake the mixture without ice to emulsify, then fine strain into the prepared glass filled with ice.

Garnish with the skewered lemon slice and cherry sail.
