Mule's Hind Leg

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe glass.

Prepare a garnish of either an apricot wedge or a dried apricot half.

Combine Hayman's London Dry Gin, Calvados or apple brandy or straight applejack, Bénédictine D.O.M. liqueur, Luxardo Apricot Albicocca Liqueur, and maple syrup with ice. Stir or shake the mixture until well chilled.

Strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with the prepared apricot wedge or dried apricot half on the rim of the glass.
