Scarlet Macaw

Use ordinary Campari with the separately listed banana liqueur. The cooked-banana-infused Campari variant is optional and replaces the banana liqueur; it is not an additional mandatory ingredient.

Start with these components prepared in advance: Campari (or cooked banana-infused Campari*, eliminating Crème de Banane); Crème de Banane (Giffard (Omit if cooked banana-infused Campari is present)).

Shake all ingredients with ice until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into an Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice.

Garnish with a dried pineapple slice or a lime wheel for a tropical finish.
