Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Use these specified component styles: Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old).

Chill an Old Fashioned glass in preparation for serving.

Create the garnish by skewering a lemon slice wheel and a Luxardo Maraschino Cherry, positioning the cherry in the center to resemble a sail.

Combine the light white rum, dark rum, freshly squeezed lemon juice, rich sugar syrup, and your choice of egg white, Vegg White, or Fee Foam in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously.

Strain the mixture back into the shaker, discarding the ice.

Dry shake the mixture without ice to achieve a frothy texture.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled Old Fashioned glass.

Finish by garnishing with the prepared lemon slice wheel and maraschino cherry sail.
