Zander

Combine the genever, sweet vermouth, and Bénédictine in a mixing glass.

Add a few dashes of Angostura bitters and Regans' orange bitters.

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into an Old Fashioned glass.

Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
