Chill a Old Fashioned Glass with ice and set it aside.
In a mixing glass, combine the bourbon, Ramazzotti, and blackberry liqueur.
Add a few dashes of Angostura bitters to the mixture.
Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
Discard the ice from the Old Fashioned Glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
Serve immediately.
