Rite of Spring

Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a twist of grapefruit zest for garnish.

Stir the Hayman's Old Tom Gin, gentian liqueur, Americano bianco, and Fee Brothers Rhubarb bitters with ice.

Strain the mixture into the ice-filled Old Fashioned glass, preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice.

Express the grapefruit zest twist over the cocktail and place it as a garnish.
