Chill a martini glass in advance.
Prepare a garnish by twisting grapefruit zest over the cocktail and discarding the peel. Skewer a Fragata Green Olive for the final touch.
Stir the Hayman's London Dry Gin, Strucchi Bianco Vermouth, Ambrato Amber Vermouth, Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry, and a dash of Orange Bitters with ice until well chilled.
Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled martini glass.
Garnish with the skewered olive and serve immediately.
