Chill a highball glass.
Prepare a garnish of a dehydrated lemon wheel.
Stir the blended Scotch whisky, Calvados or apple brandy or straight applejack, Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry, and Fee Brothers Celery bitters with ice.
Open the shaker, add Thomas Henry Tonic Water, then strain into the chilled highball glass.
