Use honey syrup made with 3 parts honey to 1 part water by weight for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Shake the pisco, freshly squeezed lime juice, honey syrup, and a dash of Angostura Aromatic Bitters with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled coupe.

Serve without garnish.
