Prepare a pineapple wedge for garnish.

Combine light white rum, Monin Pineapple Syrup, and coconut water with ice.

Throw the mixture to blend thoroughly.

Strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled highball glass filled with fresh ice.

Garnish with the prepared pineapple wedge on the rim of the glass.
