Chill the Cocktail Coupe in advance to ensure optimal serving temperature.

Prepare the garnish by delicately laying a thin line of Creole bitters across the surface of the cocktail, or place a pineapple wedge on the rim for a tropical touch.

Combine Havana Club Añejo 7 Años Cuban Rum, pineapple juice, freshly squeezed lime juice, grenadine or pomegranate syrup, and Difford's Daiquiri Bitters in a shaker.

Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously to blend the flavors and chill the mixture.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled Coupe glass to achieve a smooth and refined finish.
