Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe glass.

Prepare a garnish of lemon zest twist and a strawberry.

Shake the gin, red bitter liqueur, strawberry sugar syrup, freshly squeezed lemon juice, egg white or alternative, and saline solution with ice, then strain back into the shaker.

Dry shake without ice to emulsify the mixture.

Fine strain the cocktail into the chilled coupe glass.

Express the lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard it.

Garnish with the strawberry on the rim of the glass.
