Nuclear Banana Daiquiri

Select and pre-chill a hurricane glass.

Prepare a garnish of banana slice, star anise, and mint sprig.

Dry blend the overproof white rum, yellow Chartreuse, Falernum liqueur, freshly squeezed lime juice, and banana on a slow setting. Gradually incorporate the xanthan gum while continuing to blend.

Add a scoop of crushed ice and blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into the chilled hurricane glass.

Serve with straws.

Garnish with the banana slice on the rim, a star anise, and a mint sprig bouquet.
