Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.
Prepare a garnish by twisting a piece of lemon zest.
Stir the Hayman's Sloe Gin, Lustau Palo Cortado Península Sherry, Dubonnet or Byrrh rouge light quinquina, Bénédictine D.O.M. liqueur, and a couple of drops of saline solution or a pinch of salt with ice until well chilled.
Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled coupe.
Express the lemon zest twist over the cocktail to release its oils, then use it as a garnish.
