Use honey syrup made with 3 parts honey to 1 part water by weight for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a garnish of pineapple wedge.

Combine vanilla rum, mead, pineapple juice, honey syrup, and a dash of Bob's Vanilla bitters in a shaker filled with ice.

Shake the mixture vigorously until well-chilled.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with the prepared pineapple wedge.
