Muddle slices of kiwi into the simple syrup at the bottom of a shaker.

Add the pisco, freshly squeezed lime juice, elderflower liqueur, and herbal liqueur to the shaker.

Shake the mixture vigorously over ice until well chilled.

Fine strain the cocktail into a chilled cocktail coupe.

Top with the white wine and gently stir to combine.
