Select and pre-chill a highball glass.

Prepare a garnish of either an apple or pear wedge.

Shake the Calvados or apple brandy, Ketel One Vodka, Belle de Brillet pear liqueur, and cloudy, unsweetened apple juice with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into the ice-filled highball glass.
