Pisco Peacock

Rim a frozen cocktail coupe with sugar of your choice, then return it to the freezer to chill.

Add pisco, maraschino liqueur, triple sec, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and a few dashes of Angostura bitters to a shaker filled with ice.

Shake vigorously until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into the prepared coupe glass.
