Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a garnish of orange zest twist and an orange wedge.

Shake all ingredients with ice until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the ice-filled Old Fashioned glass.
