Chill a cocktail coupe in advance to ensure optimal serving temperature.

Prepare a garnish by twisting a strip of lemon zest.

In a cocktail shaker, combine the Hayman's London Dry Gin, Becherovka liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice, Luxardo Maraschino liqueur, ginger bitters, and, if desired, a few drops of saline solution.

Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well-chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Express the lemon zest twist over the cocktail to release its oils, then place it as a garnish.
