Banana Calling

Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe glass.

Prepare a garnish of either a dried banana chip or a fresh banana slice.

Shake the gin, banana liqueur, sherry, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and rich sugar syrup with ice until well-chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with a dried banana chip pegged to the rim or a fresh banana slice placed on the rim.
