Chill a Old Fashioned Glass by filling it with ice and setting it aside.

In a mixing glass, combine the rhum agricole, apricot liqueur, and apple brandy.

Add a few dashes of orange bitters to the mixture.

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.

Empty the ice from the Old Fashioned Glass.

Strain the cocktail into the chilled Old Fashioned Glass.

Express the oils from an orange twist over the drink, then use it as a garnish.

Serve the strained cocktail over fresh ice in the old fashioned glass.
