Chill a cocktail coupe by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.

Combine the rye, brandy, sweet vermouth, Bigallet China-China, Bénédictine, and Bittermens 'Elemakule Tiki bitters in a mixing glass.

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until the mixture is thoroughly chilled.

Discard the ice water from the cocktail coupe and strain the cocktail into the chilled glass.

Twist a strip of lemon zest over the drink to release its oils, then use as a garnish.
