Select a cocktail coupe and pre-chill it.

Prepare a garnish of freshly grated nutmeg.

Combine all ingredients with ice in a shaker and shake well. Strain the mixture back into the shaker.

Dry shake the mixture without ice to emulsify.

Fine strain the cocktail into the chilled coupe glass.

Finish by dusting the cocktail with the freshly grated nutmeg.
