Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a garnish of an orange zest twist and a blue cheese-stuffed green olive on a skewer.

Stir the cherry brandy liqueur, Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry, Luxardo Maraschino liqueur, Amaro, and orange bitters with ice until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice.

Express the orange zest twist over the cocktail to release its oils, then discard the twist.

Garnish the drink with the blue cheese-stuffed olive.
