Phenoxy Penicillin

Use honey syrup made with 3 parts honey to 1 part water by weight for its listed portion.

Use these specified component styles: Peated single malt whisky.

Chill an Old Fashioned glass to prepare it for serving.

Prepare a garnish with skewered crystallized ginger and have peated whisky ready in an atomizer.

Shake the blended Scotch whisky, peated single malt whisky, freshly squeezed lemon juice, ginger liqueur, honey syrup, and amaro with ice until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the ice-filled Old Fashioned glass, ideally over a large cube or chunk of block ice.

Mist the cocktail with peated whisky using three sprays from the atomizer, and garnish with the skewered crystallized ginger.
