- SherryLustau Amontillado Los Arcos22.5 cc

Chill an Old Fashioned glass in preparation for serving.

Prepare a garnish of skewered green olives and set aside.

In a mixing glass, combine the cachaça, Santoni L'Aperitivo, and Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry with ice.

Stir the mixture until well chilled.

Strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled Old Fashioned glass filled with ice, ideally a large cube or block.

Garnish with the prepared skewered olives.
