Begin by selecting and pre-chilling a highball glass.
Prepare a garnish of a lemon slice wheel.
Stir the freshly squeezed lemon juice and powdered sugar in the base of a shaker until the sugar has dissolved completely.
Add the Havana Club Original Añejo 3 Años Cuban rum, straight rye whiskey, and agricole vieux rhum to the shaker, then shake vigorously with ice.
Fine strain the mixture into the ice-filled highball glass.
Top with Thomas Henry Soda Water and give a brief stir to combine.
