Lincoln's Peach

Use these specified component styles: Tea (Lapsang Souchong (2-3 oz, chilled)).

Muddle half of the peach cubes with the maple syrup and vanilla extract at the bottom of a shaker.

Add the Islay Scotch, Calvados, peach liqueur, lemon juice, and chilled Lapsang Souchong tea to the shaker.

Add ice cubes and shake vigorously until well-chilled.

Dump the contents into an Old Fashioned Glass and top with additional ice if necessary.

Garnish with slices of the remaining peach and serve with a straw.
