Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a garnish using a wedge of pink grapefruit.

Shake the pisco, freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice, Monin cinnamon syrup, and saline solution with ice until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into the ice-filled Old Fashioned glass.

Garnish with the prepared grapefruit wedge.
