Shake the Adriatico Bianco Amaretto Liqueur, Ketel One Vodka, freshly squeezed lemon juice, egg white (or its vegan alternative), and saline solution with ice and strain the mixture back into the shaker.

Dry shake the mixture without ice to emulsify.
