Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a garnish by slicing a pink grapefruit wheel.

Stir the Hayman's London Dry Gin, Beesou Bitter Honey Aperitif, Strucchi Bianco Vermouth, and a few drops of saline solution with ice.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled glass filled with ice, preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice.

Garnish with the pink grapefruit slice wheel.
