Smokin' Hot Paloma

Select and pre-chill a highball glass.

Rim the glass with a mixture of cinnamon powder and chili salt by moistening the outside edge with lime or orange juice, then dipping it into the salt mixture.

Shake the mezcal, chili liqueur, freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed lime juice, and agave syrup with ice.

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice.

Top with Thomas Henry Pink Grapefruit soda.

No additional garnish is needed, as the pre-prepared rim serves as the garnish.
