Bee's Knees (with rum & cream)

Use honey syrup made with 3 parts honey to 1 part water by weight for its listed portion.

Chill a cocktail coupe in advance.

Prepare an orange zest twist and freshly grated nutmeg for garnish.

Shake the navy rum, Cuban rum, freshly squeezed orange juice, honey syrup, and chilled whipping cream with ice until well combined and chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Express the orange zest twist over the cocktail, then discard the twist.

Finish by dusting the top of the cocktail with freshly grated nutmeg.
