Combine the rum, freshly squeezed lime juice, agave syrup, honey syrup, and egg white in a mixing tin without ice.

Dry shake the mixture to emulsify the egg.

Add ice to the shaker and shake thoroughly until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.

Drop the listed drops of creole bitters on the foam and gently drag them across the surface.

Garnish with a lime wheel placed on the rim of the glass.
