Chill a Martini glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.

In a mixing glass, add the Scotch, Madeira, Aperol, orange liqueur, and the listed drops of orange bitters.

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the mixture until well-chilled.

Discard the ice water from the Martini glass and strain the cocktail into it.

Garnish with an orange twist and a few raisins to enhance the presentation.
