Godfather Sour

Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare an orange slice for garnish.

Combine the blended Scotch whisky, Adriatico Amaretto Liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice, rich sugar syrup, and your choice of egg white, Vegg White, or Fee Brothers Fee Foam in a shaker with ice.

Shake the mixture thoroughly.

Strain the liquid back into the shaker, discarding the ice.

Dry shake without ice to create a frothy texture.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice.

Garnish with the prepared orange slice.
