How to make Green Galley with Kiwi, Vanilla Syrup, Aquavit. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Muddle slices of kiwi with the vanilla syrup in a mixing tin.
Add aquavit, Green Chartreuse, St. Germain, freshly squeezed lime juice, and Cocchi Americano.
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
Fine strain the mixture into a chilled Goblet Glass.
Garnish with a slice of kiwi.
Serve the strained cocktail over crushed ice in the Goblet Glass.
