Combine the Irish whiskey, genever, reposado tequila, brandy, and triple sec in a mixing glass.

Add the demerara syrup and bitters to the glass.

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into an Old Fashioned Glass over one large ice rock.

Garnish with an orange peel twist, expressing its oils over the drink before placing it in the glass.
