Ginger Gold Rush

Use honey syrup made with 3 parts honey to 1 part water by weight for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a Luxardo Maraschino cherry for garnish.

Combine the bourbon whiskey, ginger liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon and lime juices, honey syrup, and a few drops of saline solution in a shaker.

Shake the mixture vigorously with ice to chill.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled coupe.

Garnish with the maraschino cherry.
