Chill a cocktail coupe by filling it with ice and water while you prepare the cocktail.
Combine the Smith & Cross rum, Plantation 3 Star rum, Carpano Punt e Mes sweet vermouth, and Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao in a mixing glass.
Add ice to the mixing glass and stir until well chilled.
Empty the ice and water from the cocktail coupe.
Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe.
Garnish the cocktail with a twist of orange peel, expressing the oils over the surface of the drink before placing it on top.
